To create an opportunity for the entire Innocom team to relax, connect and recharge for the journey ahead, the company organized a meaningful Company Trip 2025 from September 13-14. This year's trip was not only a time to rest but also a journey of experience, understanding and breakthrough for the whole team. TEAMBUILDING – UNITED STRENGTH, ONE HEART
The teambuilding session took place in a lively and exciting atmosphere with many creative team games. The challenges were cleverly designed, both entertaining and training seamless coordination between members. Each smile, each drop of sweat and mutual encouragement helped everyone overcome their own limits, while bonding more than ever. This activity affirmed one thing - when united, the Innocom team can do anything.
GALA DINNER – SHINE WITH INNOCOM
If teambuilding was moments of burning passion outdoors, the gala dinner brought a warm and solemn atmosphere. This was an opportunity for members to raise glasses to celebrate, look back at achievements and share memorable moments. The entertainment performances, moments of exchange, and awards given brought much laughter and interesting surprises. In particular, the sharing from the Leadership Board added motivation, affirming sustainable development direction and the spirit of "One Innocom – One Future".
Company Trip 2025 has ended but the echoes still linger in every moment, from moments of companionship on the beach to bursts of laughter during the gala night.
