Payment, refunds and warranty
Innocom accepts cash and bank transfer, and refunds 100% of the contract value if the service does not meet what was agreed.
Scope
These terms apply to every service contract between the customer and Innocom Technology & Business Consulting Co., Ltd — website design, management software, hosting, domains, business email and other technology solutions. Project-specific terms are set out in each contract.

Pay in person at our office, within the schedule agreed in the contract.
Bank transfer
Transfer or deposit into the company account at Vietcombank head office.
100% contract refund
Innocom refunds 100% of the contract value if the delivered service does not meet the contract.
Warranty while in service
If a technical fault appears, contact our office directly and we will resolve it.

1. Payment methods
You may choose either of the following payment methods: — Cash: where the service contract already sets a payment schedule, you may pay in cash at VTC Online Building (floors 10 & 17), 18 Tam Trinh, Tuong Mai Ward, Hanoi. — Bank transfer: transfer or deposit cash at the bank. • Company account: 0011.0041.63.159 at Vietcombank head office • Account name: Innocom Technology & Business Consulting Co., Ltd
2. Exchange, return and refund policy
As a commitment to after-sales quality and to protect our customers, Innocom is ready to refund 100% of the contract value if the service we deliver does not meet the terms of the contract. If the service you receive does not match what the contract specifies, contact us immediately so we can find the best resolution. We are committed to the satisfaction of every customer.
