[Recap] Innocom Trip 2026: Nanning - Travel to connect, return to break through

Some journeys are meant for rest, while others become milestones. For Innocom, the journey to Nanning from August 14–16, 2026 was one of those special trips.

This was Innocom’s first overseas Company Trip, taking our members beyond familiar surroundings to discover a new destination, experience a new culture, and more importantly, spend meaningful time together.

14 years together, going further 

Every milestone Innocom has achieved has been made possible by the dedication and contribution of the people who work together every day. Therefore, Company Trip 2026 was also an opportunity for the company to give the team time to relax, explore, and enjoy the results of their hard work.

Away from the office, meetings, and deadlines, team members had more time to talk, explore, and connect. Shared experiences, whether big or small, became valuable moments that helped everyone understand one another better and strengthen their bond for the journey ahead.

Our first overseas trip - Innocom Go Global

Choosing Nanning as the destination for Company Trip 2026 carried special meaning. This was the first time Innocom had taken the entire team abroad, offering everyone the opportunity to directly experience a new market, culture, and way of life.

As part of the Innocom Go Global journey, Nanning was not only a new destination but also an opportunity for the team to broaden their perspectives. As a neighboring country with many similarities to Vietnam yet its own distinctive pace of development and approach, China offered fresh experiences in culture, markets, and everyday life. What the team saw and experienced during the trip could also become inspiration for new ideas, new ways of working, and Innocom’s future development journey.

3 days 2 nights - Discovering a different side of Nanning

Over 3 days and 2 nights, the journey revealed many different shades of Guangxi: from the Zhuang Ethnic Museum and Taiping Ancient Town in Chongzuo, to Qingxiu Mountain, Xiangsi Lake Town, Sanjie Liangxiang, and the dazzling lights of Nanning Everbright City.

There were quiet moments among ancient rooftops and bridges reflected on the water. There were also lively evenings when the whole team immersed themselves in the bustling streets, enjoyed local cuisine, and experienced the vibrant atmosphere of a rapidly developing city.

Every destination had its own story, but perhaps the most memorable story of the trip was still the story of the people who set out together, shared the experiences together, and returned home together.

Three days in Nanning eventually came to an end. The suitcases returned home and the photos were saved, but what remained was perhaps the feeling of being closer after sharing the journey together.

Everyone returned with a little more relaxation, a little more inspiration, and many more stories to tell. Innocom, meanwhile, returned with a re-energized team, ready for the next goals ahead.

Fourteen years is a journey to be proud of. And Nanning is a beautiful milestone from which Innocom can begin looking toward even broader horizons.
