By accessing and using the innocom.vn website and services of INNOCOM Technology and Business Consulting Co., Ltd (Tax ID: 0106437939), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Innocom reserves the right to change, supplement or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you disagree with any terms, please stop using our website and services.

Innocom provides technology services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development

• Domain registration and hosting

• SSL certificates and website security

• Business email

• Online marketing (Google Ads, SEO, Coc Coc Ads)

• Business management software (ABMS, Vtiger CRM)

• VOIP call center and Zalo chatbot

• AI consulting for enterprises (WorkGPT AI)

Details of each service, scope and pricing will be agreed upon in separate contracts between Innocom and the customer.

• Service prices are listed on the website or in specific quotes for each project

• Prices include VAT (unless otherwise noted)

• Payment is made via bank transfer or other accepted methods

• For recurring services (hosting, domain, email): Customers must pay on time to maintain service

• Innocom reserves the right to suspend service if payment is overdue by 15 days

• Prices may change according to provider policies or market fluctuations

• Website design service: 100% refund if cancelled before design begins. After mockup design, maximum 50% refund.

• Hosting & Domain: No refund after service activation

• SSL Certificate: No refund after certificate issuance

• Marketing services (SEO, Ads): Refund per contract agreement

• Software (ABMS, CRM): Refund within first 30 days if not customized

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]

• All content on innocom.vn (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by Innocom or authorized partners

• Reproduction, distribution or use of content without written permission is prohibited

• Website design products will be owned by the customer after full payment and handover

• Source code and frameworks developed by Innocom remain Innocom's property (unless otherwise agreed)

Innocom is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from service use

• Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, legal policies)

• Content managed and uploaded by customers on their own websites

• Damages caused by customers providing incorrect or incomplete information

Innocom's maximum liability does not exceed the value of the corresponding service contract.

When using Innocom services, customers are obligated to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Not use services for illegal purposes

• Not distribute malware, spam or illegal content

• Pay on time per agreement

• Keep account credentials and passwords secure

• Promptly notify Innocom of any security incidents

All disputes will be prioritized for resolution through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved at the competent People's Court in Hanoi, Vietnam.
