On the morning of May 21, 2026, at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Hiệp – Director of INNOCOM – was honored to be invited to deliver a presentation at the scientific conference “Solutions for Building Vietnam into an Innovative Startup Nation” – one of the key activities of the 2025–2026 Key Ministerial-Level Research Project chaired by the Academy.
The conference was co-chaired by Assoc. Prof., PhD Trần Quang Phú – Deputy Director of the Department of Training and Professional Development (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics) and Head of the Research Project – and Assoc. Prof., PhD Nguyễn Ngọc Toàn – Director of the Institute of Political Economy, with the participation of experts and scientists from Foreign Trade University, Phenikaa University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and many leading research institutions.
As a business representative invited to deliver a presentation, Mr. Nguyễn Hoàng Hiệp presented on the topic:
“From startups to global expansion: Institutional barriers and policy recommendations from the practical experience of Vietnamese enterprises”
From the perspective of a Vietnamese enterprise directly developing and operating digital transformation products (AI Chatbot, ZaloTeam, business management software, etc.) serving the SME community, Mr. Hiệp shared practical experiences from the startup journey, institutional bottlenecks, and challenges in accessing capital, technology, and markets, while also proposing practical policy recommendations to promote the global expansion of Vietnamese enterprises.
