Konox uses health-safe materials and practical modern designs, and continuously follows new style trends from the EU and Korean markets.
The brand's goal is to combine convenience, aesthetics and quality that satisfies its customers — and that goal drives its whole product direction.
Challenge
The previous site had aged out: it no longer matched current design trends or covered the newer product lines.
Meanwhile customers told us they spend a lot of time researching products online before visiting a store, especially for household goods they will keep for years. Without a single, information-rich website, KONOX was missing its most important touchpoint.
Solution
We set out a list of criteria for the KONOX website:
1. Interaction and user experience — a design built around ease of use.
2. A sharp, attractive interface — colour, type and imagery.
3. Only the content that matters — current and easy to read.
4. Responsive — works well on desktop, phone and tablet.
5. Consistent — instantly recognisable and true to the brand.
The homepage opens with the brand catalogue so visitors get an overview immediately. Warranty policy is placed front and centre to build confidence in KONOX's service and quality. A guide section collects design ideas for different settings to help buyers narrow their choice, and Zalo contact stays visible throughout the site.
In this category buyers typically visit a dealer after researching online, to check quality in person — so the dealer locator is given a prominent slot in the main navigation.

The interface stays consistent in blue and red — minimal, professional and focused on what actually matters, so the site is easy to read and explore.
The identity was standardised: #00588A, #EB2B30, #F1F1F1 and #B7AF9A on white, set in Montserrat.
