Rather than following a fixed script, it uses natural language processing to understand the intent and context behind each question.
It is wired straight into a central knowledge base: scholarships, programmes, admission criteria, application steps and related procedures.
It is trained to recommend schools and majors based on the student's grades, budget, interests and preferred destination.
When a question goes beyond what it can answer, the bot hands the conversation to a consultant together with the full chat history.
The consultant picks up without a break and the customer never has to repeat themselves.
Running 24/7, it keeps response times short, lightens the team's load and all but eliminates missed messages.
The customer states the destination, major, intake date, the scholarship they are aiming for and any add-on services.
The bot pulls the latest cost data from the system and calculates the expected total in seconds.
The estimate is broken down item by item, with cheaper options highlighted when a scholarship or promotion applies.
It detects and replies in the language the customer is using — Vietnamese, English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and other common languages.
That matters in this industry, where students and parents are often spread across several countries.
It does more than translate: it adapts tone and phrasing to the culture, so information about programmes, scholarships and paperwork lands clearly.
